Olsen Stables is a special horse training barn in Scottsdale where dreaming big is part of the program. We are a small Dressage/Hunter/Jumper horse training barn with spark. We care to the needs of our beautiful equine friends and family like clients. We support an environment of growth and learning.

About Our Business

Chris has been around horses all his life. He has shown in the Quarter Horse Circut from 1985 thru 1992. He has shown in the NRHA from 1989 thru 1992. The numerous awards that Chris has won include a Saddle, Two Bronze Trophies and several Gold Horse Trophies from the American Quarter Horse Association. He as also won numerous awards from the Arizona Quarter Horse Association and the Arizona Reining Horse Association.

Why would you want to come to Olsen Stables?

Olsen Stables would be a great place to train because I am passionate about teaching and bringing along horses. Watching the bond develop between horse and rider is what feeds my soul. I enjoy teaching both Dressage and Jumpers. I secretly enjoy introducing dressage skills to jumper riders and vise a versa. I also get a great charge seeing my riders meet their personal goals and exceeding their expectations. Horses are magnificent animals and I feel honored to work with all horses and their owners. Olsen Stables is a dream come true for me.
